H1N1 (Swine) Flu Resources
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has declared a Public Health Emergency caused by the outbreak of Swine Influenza A (swH1N1).

In response to concerns about H1N1 (Swine) flu, Greenblatt Library has created a list of resources for the MCG community


General Resources
Medline Plus–Consumer resource site created by the National Library of Medicine and the National Institutes of Health. Contains basic information on H1N1 (Swine) flu, prevention measures and links to resources.

CDC–Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Site. Information on reported cases and locations, CDC response to the outbreak, and links to other CDC information.

CDC Quick Reference Guide–Information for the public on H1N1 (Swine) Flu including: resources for children and care providers, and prevention methods.

National Library Of Medicine–Links to information on the Federal response to the outbreak, professional and veterinarian resources, news and information in Spanish.

CABI Swine Flu Dashboard–Resources to keep consumers and health professionals up-to-date on developments in the influenza outbreak. Includes: resources from CABI, access to CABI's global health database, updates from the CDC and WHO, maps and trend information.

EBSCO Influenza Portal–EBSCO Publishing Medical and Nursing editors have made key influenza information from EBSCO resources freely available to health care providers worldwide.
