ACP PIER ( via STAT!Ref)  Authoritative, evidence-based guidance for clinical care. Evidence is graded based on the type of research study and the quality of the evidence.

Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine (Toronto)  Provides downloads for logbooks, calculators, and tables.

Clinical Practice Guidelines for Handheld Computers (National Guideline Clearinghouse)  When you select a guideline at the National Guideline Clearinghouse web site., click on "Palm Download" to obtain the PDA version.
